Polish organisation Wielkopolski National Park Microregions Municipalities Association (WNPMMA) is looking for partners for a project “Social dimensions of sport” within the framework of both Europe for Citizens Strand 2: Democratic Engagement and Civic Participation, Networks of towns and  Erasmus+ Sport, Collaborative partnerships.

Wielkopolski National Park Microregions Municipalities Association is a regional organisation of self-government  units. The Association consists of seven municipalities including urban, peri-urban and rural ones. Its main objective is to integrate different levels of self-government structure. The Association also serves as a platform for exchange of good practices and initiatives aimed to the development of  the Wielkopolska region in Poland.

“Social dimensions of sport” project aims to offer, on the basis of a series of 4-5 events organised in Wielkopolska, the possibility to exchange experiences between  people involved in everyday physical, leisure and sport activities. Representatives of 12 Member States have already been invited to participate. The events will consist of several workshops, meetings, workouts and competitions. A championship in selected sport disciplines is also being planned as a recapitulation of the project.

Partners type:

Partners from EU Member States and from recognised candidates countries (Republic of Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro and Turkey) are all welcome to participate in the project. Partners should already have (or request in due time) a PIC number (Participant Identification Code) on the Participant Portal.

The project will start in July 2017.
